Brentwood North Middle School

Full renovation of Brentwood North Middle School Auditorium. We started this project February of 2024 and completed in June 2024. The project involved the complete demolition and rebuild of the ceiling, walls, seating, and flooring. Each Ceiling Cloud was meticulously custom-cut and assembled on-site by our team. This approach allowed us to fine-tune the design for optimal sound acoustics, ensuring both functional and aesthetic excellence in the finished space. Despite the complexity, our team collaborated closely with the architect and design team to deliver a true masterpiece.
Plainview Laboratory
Plainview NY
Full renovation of Plainview laboratory and offices. We started this project February of 2024 and completed in July 2024. The project involved the complete demolition and rebuild of the storage room, office rooms, doors, and ceilings. We successfully completed a Design-Build project for new office spaces and a specialized storage room for medical biopsies. The storage room features climate control technology, maintaining a consistent temperature of 65 degrees in a fully self-contained environment.
Longwood Middle School
41 Yaphank Middle Island Rd, Middle Island, NY
Full renovation of Longwood MS Gymnasium. We started this project April of 2022 and completed in June 2023. The project involved the complete demolition rebuild of the mechanical folding walls, doors, and flooring. We installed HI-Impact Drywall to provide protection against impacts from basketballs, baseballs, and similar objects. During the setup of the workshop, we custom-cut the fire-rated doors individually on-site. These doors were equipped with silencers, door closers, door stops, kick-plate, and handles to ensure optimal functionality.
